Nothing just got 3phone numbers and that was it but I didnt hear the first one I thought they would of repeated the 3 numbers but t hey never so I would have to go through it all again with them and I am also deaf and they dont give me enough time for the number and it very frustrating for me now I have to start all over again and if I dont hear the numbers correctly then Ill have to go through it all over again

Very poor after sales service

Recently had full fibre indtalled by Openreach. I made this decisikn due to the rhetoric regarding hard wired conectivity. My land line, which I need was terrible ie distortion and interference on line. Since tge installation date at the end of October 2023 I have had no landline at all. I have contacted customer services on several occasions and I was informed I would receive a call back within in 3 working days. This has nit happened. I am very annoyed and frustrated at the lack if appropriate customer service and support. I would no recommend this company to anyone is thinking of changing their providerDo
