I was a customer with TalkTalk.

I give up. The company customer service team is just not working.

Its difficult to reach the customer service on the phone and on chat they are even worse. The whole experience has left me frustrated, distressed fir not having Internet for over 22 days since I moved and all for being a loyal customer since 2021. They are just not worth.

I ended it. I've has enough.

Recently had full fibre indtalled by Openreach. I made this decisikn due to the rhetoric regarding hard wired conectivity.

My land line, which I need was terrible ie distortion and interference on line.
Since tge installation date at the end of October 2023 I have had no landline at all. I have contacted customer services on several occasions and I was informed I would receive a call back within in 3 working days.

This has nit happened.
I am very annoyed and frustrated at the lack if appropriate customer service and support. I would no recommend this company to anyone is thinking of changing their providerDo
