Slow broadband

Good evening, My name is Valentin and I just joined you as a broadband a week ago , The reason of this email is that my i ternet is really slow , when I was signing my contrthe guy on the phone asked me how many devices have I got i told him Ive got 3 phones that will be conwcted , tv , and 3 google devices , this guy told me that your internet is going to work without any problem he told me to get the 65 one so It will not effect the speed of the i internet , Im about to get ps5 and Im about to leave you guys because your internet is slow so Ill be speaking to you tomorrow on that how I can leave you guys , Have a good night , Valentin

Terrible wi fi signal

For a few weeks I'm trying to get attention from talk talk as my internet is very slow. Called them couple of times, spent over an hour each time and done all checks they asked me to do and still nothing changed. I even upgraded my contract from fiber 32 to fiber 65 and still the speed is intermittent and very slow. Even speed to the router box is poor according to speed tests recommended on website. Still no action from Talk Talk. And every time I call them they're customer service agents seems to be clueless with very poor phone line connection.

Being a Customer and some one sending me a *** email also a fault with my box or fibre can never get hold of any one but Im paying every month I will be looking for a new provider tel 0788653**** m Bevan

Mid leading information and lying

Ordered Freesat as offered by u switch but got freeview instead. Not what I had ordered so after calling several times I cancelled the contract within the 20 day notice period but they still tried to charge me for cancellation made over 50 calls to customer service who agreed that I had received poor service and it was was agreed to cancel all fees and £50 compensation was to paid into my bank account this turned out to be not compensation but credit to the account in case I wanted to stay with TalkTalk. Talk Talk cancelled the direct debit and I had this confirmed by my bank. They now say they will charge me for late payment. So in summary. TalkTalk are in breach of contract by not supplying the goods ordered as I was sent freeview instead of Freesat. I had already been in contact with TalkTalk to confirm that I was that i WOULD be receiving Freesat not freeview they agreed to £50 compensation which was in fact credit for a service I will never use I have now been in contact with citizens advise and will be sending a formal registered letter to talk talk.

Faulty internet service

Rubbish service. Even customer service couldn't help..blocked my Internet. Which is awful..not happy want to cancel

Landline not working

Was asked to upgrade to fibre 65 from 35. Told everything would be same, landline with call boosts and 50 pence cheaper per month, so agreed. Openreach came to install box. Noticed that night no dialling tone from phone, my copper line was not disconnected as router sent by talktalk was just same as one I had and had no port to plug in phone. Have made various calls to TT to get matter sorted, sent from department to department and back to same ones again. I have had same telephone number for 25 years and wanted to keep number for elderly relatives etc contacting us. No one can sort this simple issue. I have had no letters from TT, dont know what package I am on or indeed if price quoted is a lie as well. Really annoyed with this Company, wish I hadnt answered my mobile when the Sales Agent rang.

They keep putting you on hold hopping you give up and have to call again very poor it would not be a company i would recommend

Customer service a disgrace

Outreach worked outside on Tuesday 30th november we have had no internet since have spoken to 2 people have done the troubleshooting 5 times ...get a call about an engineer Today Saturday 5th December to be asked to troubleshoot again ...then asked for the account holder, when I said he was not available but I lived in the house to and know all the important details got the the same reply we need to speak to the account holder I replied he isn't here ,again explained I know all details you need she replied can I speak to the account holder ...I asked to be passed on so we could cancel contract ..my reply hold on then I was left hanging there ...its disgraceful.
